Chuck roast; grind that up and you'll have the best burgers you ever tasted.

When I was a kid 60 some years we were pretty poor, but my mom would always have the grocery store meat guy grind up a chuck roast for burgers. Chuck was a cheap cut back then.

Homecoming at our church today too... buncha old people can cook for sure... only thing store bought was the fried chicken.

My wife’s old boss gives us beef every now and again. Found two ribeyes they gave us. This is some great eating beef. Going on the grill right now. About 1-1/2” thick.
