I say the first and the crew is well you never told us to, say the latter and you're a mean SOB.

And by crew I mean wife and daughter.

Often further muddled up with "misinterpretation." What is said is often very different than what is heard.

family google calendar , it shares automatically to all their phones.

put it on the calendar , make sure marked family , everyone gets it , text them reminding them of it , because A it is how kids and women communicate , B i have it in the chat to go back too

also if it is important take it to the point of annoying say in the date and time and event.

and since you know you have that one kid always running a half hour behind , schedule it 45 minutes early.

I am lucky if I can get us all in the same room at the same time once a quarter.

im with k snow we speak efficiently. direct straight to the point no talking about 17 different things to eventually get around to the point. lol my daughters will start talking to me and say what feels like 20000 words before she stops and says so what do you think dad? blows my mind how much they can talk. drives them nuts i can sit in complete silence for hours. i always tell them why do you think i trap from nov to march? cause i get at least 2 hours a day where i dont have to listen or talk to anyone. i love them but they sure are talkers.

we also have the google family calendar and it works great.

it was something like that , had another one about if you don't read the news paper you are uninformed , if you read the news paper you are misinformed.

Yes here is an example. Wife will speak 3 pages worth of txt Relivent info needed is 3 sentences in that 3 pages and often reliving info is left out and now have to say questions to draw it out. So now im forced to sift through the info figure out what's the point and what's important, whats missing an needs asked about . I have a short attention span and zone out. Get to the point. Ask it simple and direct without dancing around

Let them ramble. Learn to interpret. When I zone out if she rambles too much. I think to myself ; wow she's still cute after all these years
