I need help finding the article about the mountain lion that was taken in Florida in the past two years. If I remember correctly, it was wearing a collar and was originally collared in the Dakotas. I cant find that article for some reason.

I don't remember ever hearing that but would be interested to know how it got to Florida from the Dakotas

The only thing I could find was about the one from the Black Hills that was originally reported killed in Florida. It was actually killed in Connecticut though.


It was in 2011.

I found one about a lion that was collared in N. Dakota and killed in Oklahoma back in 2004. researching how far they can range and roam.
