Graduated In '85, went to work for CT/DMR (Dept of mental retardation), they changed it to CT/DDS (Dept of Developmental Services), for 37 years until I retired in 2022. In '98 I started my own NWCO business which I still do today full time. So, there was a 24 year overlap doing both jobs.

My first job was par time working in a Ben Franklin for 80 cents an hour at 16 yrs old. After graduation went to work at a tree nursery where I met my wife. Then off to build motor homes for Winnebago. My last job was working as a welder for 42 years building recycling equipment, took alpt of pride in my skills taking a pile of steel and making something useful out of it.Now days I do what I can and it takes longer to do now than ever before. Retired early for health reasons COPD sucks arse, sure miss trapping but still get out to fish some have good people that help get my deer home turkey hunt some walking distance plays a big part in what I choose to do.FYI, have alot of trapping stuff that could use a new home.

Union cement worker, 35 years in .
Mostly heavy/civil expressway and airports.
Wanted to retire on Labor Day but as we have over $7 billion in data center work they're putting me out to pasture as a site superintendent.
Easy work managing 7 subcontractors and the money is awesome.

Did a bunch of jobs over the years.....Well Driller's goffer at 14, various farm work like haying, manure shoveller, spud farm laborer, Land Surveyor rodman, Seasonal Conservation Aide with a couple Soil Conservation Districts, Seasonal Soil Tech with what was then called the USDA Soil Conservation Service (now the NRSC), full time taxidermist most of my adult life, plus full-time caregiver to my late wife the last several years of her life, and now, at 70, I am a full-time grouch, curmudgeon, worn out woodsman that does very little except live the life of the idle rich....oh, and do as much as I can to embarrass my children and be a source of constant amusement to my two young grandsons.

Currently selling crack, powder and heroin mixed with a small amount of fentanyl. Seems to be a good way to rid ourselves of demonrats. Life is good for now.
