No pictures but got started using them when I was young. 1st few fox and raccoon was caught in #2 dbl's

3-4 is plenty. Even a 2 will hold cats

No, the 3N or #3 LS. is better for coyotes and bobcats. But the modern dog less coil spring traps are even Better.

I used 2s and 3s for many years on coyotes and cats. Actually ran more 2s than 3s.
That #2 long with boosters, short chain, lots of swivels, and cross staked, those have held a jillion coyotes for me since 80s.
