Size is the MB size of the picture file. I think 6MB is the max size for this site. Cropping or screen shot of the picture does usually reduce the size. But if you do not want to crop the photo, there are lots of free Resize utilities available to reduce the size without losing any of the picture. Just do a Search for Resize Photo and pick one.

A lot of the newer phone cameras take great quality photos but that means big MB numbers. You should be able to reset the quality level for your phone camera so the MB size is smaller and you will not notice a difference posting them on a forum.
