Payed the whole cost, I have never been afraid of dealings with outdoorsman.
Anyways I had to cancel a week later

Cancelation from theses people requires it be done 7 days before

My charter was not scheduled till next week

Lots of excuses have transpired, today I called the cc people

They started the process I expect as I got a txt with another excuse

Who knows if I will get my 700 $ back, ? Always trusted our own folk, guess I was wrong

Get the Law involved. Contact your state's consumer protection office the federal consumer protection agency. Make it missérable for the SOB!!

Sorry to hear about your woes Buzzard, but I can't help but wonder about what guys in his line of business are having to go through these days. Maybe he has had a lull in business as well as had a lot of cancellations recently.
I know that isn't your problem and that you did cancel in time. Don't put out a hit on him just yet. My bet is that he'll calm down and come to his senses and you will get your money back.
If not, we have assets in SC...

Buzzard, what camp does this fellow operate out of? I deal with three. Blacks fish camp, Hills landing , both on the canel. And Harry's on the north side. I deal with two guides. But aren't afraid to try someone different. I don't pay until im at the boat ramp. Otherwise, its a no go.
Im headed there next month with a veteran buddy for two days.

Only Joe Dennis I know I wouldn't do business with either.

My Western Civ teacher in high school, old enough that he was eye witness to most of his subject matter.

I think I would look into his captains license. See if you can find a way to go after that, he will pay.
