Looks over grazed to me. Nothing is coming back yet

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Big ranch out west has a similar setup they call it the wagon wheel pasture.

It needs to be bigger around for that many sheep, but it's a cool idea. It looks vaguely like a crop circle.

It’s becoming more common, the biggest problem is with calves the cows will move but the calves can be dumb and stay on the wrong side of the fence and then the pain starts to try and get them in the right spot.

Not over grazed, but definitely the total pasture area need to be bigger to allow more time for each to regrow. I would be subdividing each of those pastures to ensure the sheep were cleaning each small sub pasture in no more than two days. There should be progressive regrowth in each of the vacant pastures. Would hate to see what those pastures would look like without rain for a week or two. I used to run 60 sheep on 5 acres from late spring until two weeks post frost with rotational grazing, and you could see the patchwork of growth as the sheep were moved using portable fencing.
