Media is saying no welfare payments Nov 1 if the shutdown continues. Recently a city subsidized grocery store in Kansas City was closed because of theft. It opened to give people in low income neighborhoods easy access to food. In spite of being subsidized theft was just to high. People filling carts and just leaving. Might be bigger than the open border antifa riots.

Had a woman living close to me that did not pay her rent during the covid scam. Biden made it impossible to evict renters for nonpayment for quite a few months. Her live in boyfriend kept working the same job all through the propaganda. When the rent finally had to be paid she got mad. Sheriffs dept and court made them leave. So before leaving they did thousands of dollars of damage to the house. She got welfare and child support. Seen the boyfriend siphon gas from his company owned truck for his pick up. This in rural KS.

What are the deadbeats in the cities going to do?

Welfare breeds entitlement and dependency and the seeds we have sown for too many years are about to bear fruit.
It doesn't take a genius to look around and see what the long term effects of welfare does to the general population. On paper and in micro situations it looks like a good idea but the longer term effects are pretty obvious if you look around unbiasly. If welfare in general helped we as a country wouldn't be getting more dependent on it. Bureaucracy loves welfare because it makes the population more dependent, gives the government more power, enlarges government and opens the door for more corruption and fraud.

The black community has never recovered from Lyndon Johnson creating the welfare systems in 1965 . That has become their culture and encouraged one parent families and dependence on the government.

Well, imo, cutting the strings is long overdue and something that has to be done. Might get ugly but in the long run it'll be better for all of us if the powers that be have the backbone to see it through.

My guess is Schumer and crew will try to use it to skeer the repuplicans to cave on the shutdown. But ultimately it too will fail if the republicans hold their ground.

They can eat knuckles, copper, and lead if they want to try violence.

If you don’t pay what is “owed” then just take it will be the mentality heck doing the same already and it’s justified so nothing will be done about it. Violation of the law is not a problem anymore politicians pick and choose what laws the will follow now the rule of law is used as a tool now not a standard.

One thing to remember.

Welfare is a way for politicians to buy votes. All politicians will say they will increase your X entitlement if you will vote for them. This is also THEFT!!!

If the politicians increase how much money a person gets from snap, wic, disability, SS, name it, that means they take more money from my pocket in the form of increased taxes for their ability to buy votes. It may sound apathetic, but no one deserves more of my money.

So when you hear more money for X entitlement from X politician, that means higher taxes which means a lower paycheck for those who actually work and own property.

Time to flush the toilet

And then these piglets will sell their snap for money on the half or less so they can buy cigs and beer and malt liquor. No skin off their back. It's all free money anyways.

All in the vain of a vote. Just so X politician can keep their job and rob the public of even more money while they become multi millionaires doing inside trading and giving out free cake. To a politician, it is also ALL free money.

even if your buying 3.99 a pound beef a pot to feed 4 people 2 meals a day your looking at about 8 dollars 12 if you like it meaty , hard to beat 2-3 dollars a person a day but you can with cheaper meat or free roadside meat

342 million people in the USA and 43 million of them getting SNAP benefits. Makes me furious. Bring back soup kitchens if folks need food.
