Back when I had some down time between critters I decided to clean my suppressors. I don’t have the fancy cleaners so I decided to buy some Breakthrough Suppressor Cleaner and see how it would work. I highly recommend it.
I removed my baffles and let them soak over night and used a toothbrush so just give them a light scrubbing. They turned out close to new.
Before pics…as you can see, a few baffles were stuck together

I have a cheap ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon. With vinegar it takes 30 minutes to an hour with vinegar, but gets the job done

Same here, but I use CLR in a ziplock bag with the parts and let that float around in the cleaners basin.
Good friend uses the dip. I don’t want to bother with anything that toxic. That is 50/50 white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Dropping lead coated suppressor parts into it the reactive solution slowly creates Lead Acetate.
