My gut won't take it. Diverticulitis flares up, but the fish aka. pumpkinseeds, I can eat a pile of. lol

Make em with the kids every year. Salt them before baking. Like ADC I can't have them anymore, but the kids love them. They also make the house smell good while baking

Never got into pumpkin seeds. Kids love them that's what their grandma eats. Had a buddy would take every pumpkin seed the could get to make his own. I rather have sunflower seeds

I love them, but haven't made them in years. I sometimes will buy a pack of them at the store but they are not as good as the home baked ones.

Do you season them? A sprinkle of dill, or old bay, or something prior to baking would add a little variation.

Roasted pumpkin seeds are okay but I prefer the other pumkinseed fried.
