...can be patched in neoprene waders? Caught a sharp beaver chewed stump this morning on the bank. Felt the tug, but didn't realize until I stepped knee deep in the water. Filled my boot to my knee. About a 3" tear in the rubber boot below the neoprene. Wife thinks a patch with shoe goo should work? Trying to find new waders is ridiculous, no good charts for sizes. They seem to think a size 14 boot should come with a 40" waist and 50" chest.

Some good videos on YouTube on how to do it, the biggest I have done is a 7 inch or so rip, still have those waders to they have a couple more patches now though

Personally I prefer aquaseal or that rubber cement you get in tire patch kits but shoe goo will work but IMHO not as well

X3 it works great and will extend the life of your waders. My waders are covered in the stuff.

Stopped at Lowes, they didn't have the aquaseal but had the E6000. Got that. Tear was about 5 inches. So far, no leaks.

Shucks David Denton has waders that look like they weigh 200 pounds he’s got so much Aquaseal on them.
