Was going to pick up a dozen of these.

What do you guys find to be the most useful length? I was thinking just going the middle ground at 6' but what say you?

I was planning to use them to cable anchor some DPs to make them easier to move around vs earth anchors.

I use them for my small conibears for marten/fisher.

Little long is better than a little short.

6' would be good

FnT runs them on sale couple times a year FYI

Just remember any size you get, you can always attach multiples together if you need more length to reach a tree.

Oh ill add this little tidbit regarding DP's, disposables and extensions. I use the finned bullet stakes with retrieval ends on my DPs, make them easy to pull and move. Also you can use the retrieval end as an extension to cable off to a tree. I do make the cable on those a little longert on the anchor side(24")

https://www.amazon.com/Koch-Industr...fix=3%2F32+cable+%2Caps%2C203&sr=8-3 I buy cable and make them the length I want. You can use cheap bulk 1/4" nuts as ferrules. Saves money too.

i do like ADC, I have been making and using my extensions for many years now. Some have been used multiple times and I have them in various lengths to fit most situations.
