I had never given it much of a look
but was driving past farm and fleet it's across the road from the grocery store and thought I will go take a look I had 3 tool boxes and a bag and I was always digging for what I was looking for and it was taking up a lot of my bed space , not easy to access stuff

well a good sale turned just taking a look into wheeling out a cart of packout

up side my truck is much better organized

my wallet hurts a bit but not nearly as much as it would have if I was paying full price , it was 30-40% off based on my figuring

It’s kinda like drugs, once you try them you can’t stop. First a tool box then small parts organizer, then drawers, wait I can’t carry them I need a rolling tote. Then my gun range box needs organized, pack out. Wait it’s easier if they roll too, the list goes on and on. I have yet to have one break.

I saw that packout backpack and realized there were ten models and the super dooper one looks pretty legit for $300. Im going to let work buy me one I think and turn it into a laptop bag with tools which is pretty handy for a factory guy like me.

FYI:

"5S tool organization at a production factory involves applying the five steps of the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) to create a clean, efficient, and safe workspace. This means removing unnecessary items, arranging tools logically and accessibly, regularly cleaning, creating visual standards for every item, and establishing a system for continuous improvement to maintain the organized state."

Applying that to trapping you can kill critters faster and more efficiently by organizing your stuff... in theory that justifies spending the money to pay for itself. (not build more parts)

You know if you needed more of an excuse to spend the money. smile

I go to the beach to fish every year, I never know what comes up or what I need,, this is my beach/pier fishing cart
[Linked Image]
the 2 main comments I get about it are "Man,, your using expensive pack-outs to store fishing tackle?", and "Wish I would have thought of that!"

that is a sweet fishing rig

I bought a backpack this year that holds a bunch of the lure trays and has room up top for other stuff

the cart would be nice for beach fishing
