Flat rate box is pricey.
Envelope can only be 3/4" thick.
Whats the best method?

Depends on how many you are shipping. Check out the rates on Pirate Ship.

If the box is less than a cubic foot and under 20 pounds, they have really good rates.

You can pack as many as you can stuff in a padded flat rate envelope and ship them, no regulations on the width, if it fits, it ships. I'd guess you could stuff close to 20 of them in there. I usually pack one envelope then put it inside a second one with the label attached.

If you happen to have an older vacuum sealer don't mind using. Bag them up suck flat as machine will take them. And I second the pirate shipping not that hard if I can figure it out.
