I just made a couple batches of apple butter and apple pie filling. Sure looks good. Wish I had a truckload of apples to deal with!

Slice a bunch up, put in a jar and cover with bourbon. You'll have apple bourbon in several days or weeks.
Way better than Apple Crown, yuck !!

I charge 25.00 a bushel.

Out of 46 bushel i have 5 bushel.left to sell..1.golden delicious and 4 cortland.

Were those in the AC or do you have that much humidity down there this time of year to have those bags look that wet?

They were in my truck. I picked them up from the orchard. They had them in a cooler.

I have to tell eveyone to take them out of e bag and put em in a box or milk crate..something where thw air can circulate
They naturally give off heat so that ads to the sweating isssue.

I sold all that load and got another load yesterday. Im 2/3 through it but stopped till tomorrrow morning.i have a couple people wanting them then and i like to go different days and times because that way alot more people potentially buy.

I probably should just sell em.and go back tomorrow but if i do ill miss the saturday morning regulars and u sk t wanna do that.

A lady bought 2 bushel today and gave me 20.00 for.lunch
.i told her i didnt want it and said she apprxiated that i offered apples cause they were cheaper and much better.

A couple weeks ago one of the minnnite ladies that regulary buy from me brought me supper too.lol
