newhouse114 OP trapper Joined: Dec 2006 S.W.Oregon	I was wondering is anyone else has experienced this. I was pulling up a drowning set the other day (ADC). It was a bit tougher to pull than I thought it should be, cinder block in a mud bottom. I got it up and trap was empty. Oh well, it happens! I reset the trap and was getting ready to toss the block in again when I noticed the tip of a beaver tail about 18” under water. I got my hook and fished it out. It had been caught by a single hind toe and had gotten under some stuff. I pulled the trap right off its foot! Sure glad I noticed that tail tip!
