Had few rat footholds bait with apple in deep water above a dam, caught most of rats an as was pulling traps, in the spot where only place work out for beaver footholds, I had a spring trap in deep water with apple float around in front, I believe s beaver spring 1.5 long, I was plan on converting this spot to beaver set, I doubt beaver has ever smell beaver lure before, if beaver had trap sprung on his chest or foot, is it likely to go back to same spot with beaver lure and mud mound made?

But if you didn't dont give up I've caught one missing both front feet, and others in as short as two days after losing toenails in the same trap.
