I had a sausage, sauerkraut and mashed potato hot dish with cottage cheese. My favorite cold weather hot dish. Super simple to prepare.
Help yourself.

Brats and potatoes here also, but I found out I’m out of kraut.  I was too but I was a high bidder at our little district 2 benefit auction and got some that 49er made and donated…large jar….

I heard rumors that you should be eating fresh tender loins. That is a very cool buck you got Les. Thank you,nicest buck I’ve took ever….tenderloins become a piece of the chop when I butcher and it’s all processed now.

The kraut is excellent Steve, and we are metering it out so as to make the jar last an appropriate amount of time.

Picked off some meat...opened a can of turkey gravy Spooned it ovah some sammich bread.. Opened a can of green beans... Simple..fast.. and delicious
