I like any way I can get them. I live alone so I cook for myself.

ADC said Deviled. My siblings require me to bring Deviled Eggs when we have a get together. I make two dozen eggs into deviled eggs. They disappear fast.

We eat them scrambled but maybe eat an egg once a month at the most. We don't eat many in a years time.

Christine has a new found love for cheesy omelettes. When we first met, I ordered my eggs over easy and she fell in love with me, so she says. But I'll eat mine any way they come.

As someone else said, any way but raw, lol. I guess my preferences would be over easy, soft scrambled, or soft poached.

I like over easy eggs on bacon sandwiches, with cheese on toast, with Miracle Whip, best, with lettuce and tomato, if I have them. I like the eggs a little runny, but have Diane cook them more solid because I don't like getting yolk out of my beard.

I like soft boiled eggs on toast too, with lots of black pepper.

Scotch eggs are really good, but we don't eat them often.

Hard boiled eggs are good on salads and in potato salad.

Diane prefers scrambled eggs and we eat them occasionally, mixed with chopped bologna.

I like egg in stir fries.

Diane is very good at making omelets. Usually they contain cheddar or Swiss cheese and ham. In season, Diane puts fresh ramps in them. We use dry ramps out of season, if I get many.

I bought 2 pounds of bulk bacon at the deli today, for bacon and egg sandwiches.

Keith

Over easy duck eggs, sourdough English muffin, and hash browns. But any of the pictures ADC posted look pretty edible.
