I have been out of it all day.

The surgeon had to put in more hardware than he planned on.

I don't have details at the moment. I will post more info tomorrow.

Your first step is done. Having been through a few myself, just follow Docs orders and be as active as they tell you you can. Sitting around to much will make your muscles stiff. And get some good reading material if your a reader. Because TV brings down the intellect
