Do you have any experience with the 6.5 Grendel on an AR platform?

It's a great lil caliber , it just plain works , been out long enough most eveyone has barrels mags and ammo figured out ,though I've never gotten off my butt and got super serious about mine.. always found them a lil on the slower side but anyhow watcha wanna know ?

Not much help if you wanna know about how good it kills stuff though lol

Killing power is my question lol. My wife and I are headed to Florida in February for a gator and hog hunt. I have never owned an AR so this was a good excuse to get one. I had one built for each of us.

It doesn’t take a lot to for pigs… obviously shot placement is key.

Lol sorry I can give ya any personal experience on Killin stuff , but 6.5 Grendel is a pretty proven lil cartridge, lotta hog guys love it !

But hogs arnt hard to kill at all ...just don't shoot them like deer a good CNS ( central nervous system) (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) with about anything .223 or bigger will drop them DRT
