Beef isn’t high if you figure that I make 3 or 4 times as much money as I did then…same for gasoline

I’ll differ with that thought. 3 years ago my cholesterol was nearly 300. Dr tried statins and it hurt to take a deep breath. So I cut out ALL BEEF! Chicken and turkey. Nothing processed. ONLY thing I changed. In 6 months it was under 200 and triglycerides were less than 150 After a year it was under 100 as well as my triglycerides. I’ll eat about 2 servings per week of beef and each quarterly check up they are 140 or better. NO CHOLESTEROL MEDS!!

squash at the restaurant your paying for more than the steak, like the cook, wait staff, buss boy, building, electricity. Its all added to the cost of your meal.

Cow I bought in May was a smoking deal at 180lb. Its about gone but wife is worried about not enough freezer space with filling them back up with deer. Going to have to can some and make jerkey it sounds like.

Exactly my point.

Also what was the problem with having your cholesterol high? What were the symptoms that would make you agree to take statins? Other than a number?

My father had his first heart attack at 38. Grandpa died at 59 massive heart attack. Anyone that thinks high cholesterol and heat attack: stroke aren’t related is foolish. So rather than repeating the cycle I was proactive.

You cut out all processed food? But believe cutting meat fixed the problem? If im reading this right.

Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

I cut out processed chicken and or turkey. AKA lunch meat. Only protein was fresh chicken breast or turkey. Most of that was fried or even deep fried. Grilled if weather or time allowed
Fresh caught flathead catfish and walleye on special occasion

Still ate everything else. NO BEEF OR BACON AND SAUSAGE

That is true to a degree. But diet and exercise can affect numbers. But big thought is like weight a number might be high for one but not some one else. Everyone is different

It's impossible for it to be true to a degree. Yes everyone is different, because it is Hereditary!

So diet and exercise had nothing to do with one’s numbers? How or why did mine go down with just a diet change? I still have the same genes. No drugs to change the numbers. Not like a one time thing my numbers have maintained significantly lower with just the amount of beef I eat.

We had them wiped out how? Vaccinations.

Now we have a bunch of folks running around who don't believe in vaccination therefore creating opportunity once again for these viruses to spread.
