Those mice had good taste. If I was going to die in a beer bottle, I'd want it to be Grainbelt.

Grain Belt used to be the number one selling beer in MN until Heileman bought them out. They changed the recipe and it's never been the same. The rumor at the time was Heileman thought if they could change the recipe it would make their beer, Old Style number one in MN. It didn't work and Old Style never caught on like they thought it would. It's still a crappy beer.


There was this bar that was so rough they checked you for a gun and if you didn't have one, they gave you one.

I've heard that story, sure is interesting. I've never been accused of having good taste, but at least the mice and I sure enjoy Grainbelt.
