in other words, a lynch mob.

no 'Rules of Evidence".
no "Presumption of Innocence"
no "Right to an Attorney" [in the Court of public opinion]
no "Right to confront your Accuser"
no "Right to Discovery"
no "Right against Cruel and Unusual Punishment" [someone mentioned woodchippers]

really, no Constitutional Rights at all.

sounds like the Salem Witch Trials...

Lynch Mobs.

Plain and Simple.

under your preferred scenario, you better pray to God that no one throws an innuendo YOUR way. No proof required.

Are you saying we would need a King to usurp the law to make LG happy?

Just the right amount of whelm.

Besides that, you're going to need them to testify so if they ain't pointing fingers, good luck prosecuting anyone.

I saw a presser yesterday where one of the victims (with more gathered around her) gave a statement saying that they were going to release there own list.

Well, duh! This is what is so baffling. If we know the victims, we know the media knows, we know the perps know, we know the FBI, CIA, Mossad, Tom Massey, all know, How the heck is it a secret? Could it all be a big smoke screen? ( of course not, BP has them all hung, he is just missing the names)

Just the right amount of whelm.

LOL. Some of us are employed and can't sit on Tman all day desperately waiting for others to post. And, it's hunting season.

Stop obsessing over me, please. It's weird and, frankly, gay.

Plus, LG has this under control.

is that how you argue your clients' cases?

I thought you were [slightly] better than that...I guess NOT.

I'll take your non-answer as your tacit approval that you (as an officer of the court) are just fine with guilt by association (YOU brought it up) and vigilante "justice".

just surprising is all.

I wonder why there hasn't even been a mention of Larry Summers in this thread. Seems he was in "bed" with all the goings on of Epstein. Is it because he is a democrat?

I don't believe 16-17 year old street girls are innocent. I imagine most of Epstein's victims have not changed professions. I will be completely surprised if any wealthy clients are ever charged. I am surprised he did not set up shop in a country where it's legal. I can only suppose competition and problems with travel were the reason.

What I want to know is how it blew up on him with so many influential people in his circle. He angered somebody.
