Use cellular trail cams to monitor entrances and if you’re not close have someone that is on speed dial to handle any issues. But sure to give explicit instructions as to what can and can’t be done once caught and also he’ll need a letter to act on your behalf if LEO’s are called. Have an old board or two with big rusty nails that could explain flattened tires…best to have it covered in grass and you knew nothing about it. If LEO’s are called don’t be shy about pressing charges for everything possible. Sometime both the Sheriffs Dept and GW may need to be involved. Also a face covering is best when confronting trespassers, especially if they’re locals. Always give them the first option of calling the law on themselves. Don’t know why that matters, but Judges tend to side more on your side if they try and take you to court for possible vehicle or bodily damages.

Was any of the stuff visible from a road? If not it’s gotta be someone local accessing it from the neighboring property. I’d look at the direction they were headed or came from the photos

Get some air tags and hide one in the tubing of your stand, then hang it so it’s visible from the road. I knew about a guy that did that with his kids bike and he ended up uncovering a garage full of stolen bikes.

I had problems with trespassing this year. People on side by sided. Can't prove it but sounds like it was likely the neighbor beside me. After finding out the guys hunting the ground behind me had them on camera runing 3 utv over there and another guy hunting with what the former land owner asid was one of the old kind of bow no one hunts with any more. That trigger a memory of the neighbor talking about his adult son making and hunting with his own bow. The owners called the neighbors wife abd she said well she didnt think it would ve a pro riding back there. OK

Befor I got the info about what was going on behind me I rxt the neighbor and let him know I was having trespassing issues and to keep his eyes open. Also told him I was putting out bords with nails all around the farm and going to burn any utv on flats to the ground. Only got a thumbs up as a response. Have not heard or seen any utvs on the place since. So for some reason after several years of no major with them they seemed to think my place was free range.. There have been small issues moving property marking fence post I put in and people riding through my bee yard when they have the yearly party, having a brush pile fire get away from the guy doing work fo him and geting into my woods some. But not the anmaout of trespassing we were geting. May have been some of his kids or grand kids but its seemed to have stoped

How large of plac is it. If its the same week sounds like people that only hunt a little durring that week. Going to be hard to nail down.
