Fed Ex just delivered a fantastic meat,cheese and cracker box that was care of the TMan Discretionary Fund.

I just want to shout out and say thanks to all the great people on here making it possible.

As soon as I'm back up and going again I will certainly contribute to it myself.

It's still pretty early to tell. Everything the surgeon put in a week ago today still feels strange to me. Lol
It is easier to move around as a whole. Getting up and sitting down is getting easier every day.I'm a ways out from being able to bend, lean or twist. So I won't know how much range of motion I will have. I have lost probably close to 50% muscle mass in my right leg since September. So there will be extensive PT/weight training to turn that around. Once again, that's a ways away at this point. I walk as much as I can inside the house. I'm hoping that next week I can get cleared to start going to the activities center in town where I have access to a lot more equipment like weights, rubberized track, indoor pool when the stitches and everything come out, stair steppers and more. I'm looking forward to being at that point. Had I kept screwing around with the local band aid station that kept telling me that it's all from arthritis, I would probably be dangerously close to losing my foot at this point instead of being on the road to recovery. However long it may be. Sorry about the long read and jumping around, I'm certainly not a writer !
