Couple pics from a recent adventure I took playing fisherman. Don't let me fool you, the crew did all the real work, I ran a set of banding pliers all day. Just staying standing on a small lobsterboat in the Atlantic Ocean in November is a feat! (Grand Manan is off the north-eastern-most tip of the state of Maine.

Don't sleep on commercial fishing businesses for trap supplies. Hog rings and trap panels!

Lobster fishing is just water trapping at the end of the day. ....and the bait game is even stinker!

Notice most of the deck hands are in their 20's and 30's? there's a reason for that.....lol
The gray haired guys just run the boats and yell at the grunts....

Mother in-Law used to cry because she had lobster for lunch as a kid.........the rich kids got Bologna sandwiches.
