I hate having to drag all that crap out, moving stuff around to make room for it, etc. I'd be fine if we skipped the whole decorating part of Christmas.

Scrooge.

We trade out everything, curtains, pictures, wall clock, even plates and glasses.

I have a hard rule about Christmas decorations before December. My wife is chomping at the bit to decorate.

This has always been our way as well. Sam needs to be nicer. As long as Thanksgiving is over, it's the start of Christmas.

Wifes had the tree up for a week or so. It makes her happy and doesn't bother me so its a win/win. Plus I like the additional light this time of year

We have a few relitives who come on Thanksgiving and Christmas, so I told my wife they need to see her pretty fall decorations and not the same Christmas stuff. lol

I am hanging lights around our house. Still burping from Thanksgiving dinner.

Wouldn’t have it any other way.

I talked my wife into letting me hunt on Sunday as long as I cut a Christmas tree off the property. I’m a Scrooge but I found that to be a fair deal.

Luckily I don't mess with any of the decorations.

I told my wife she can decorate for whatever she wants to, but I play no part of it.

She decorates for spring, summer, fall and winter. As well as the holidays, Halloween and probably another one or 2 I can't think off. Outside of asking where to find extension cords, she doesn't ask for anything from me.

I'm great with that arrangement.

She has started dragging out Christmas stuff this evening.

Because I like the handprint turkeys my kids make for thanksgiving. And I live in a tiny house that is already full of stuff, walking around a tree for a month is long enough. And I just like being mean. I'm really looking forward to being old, and yelling at kids to stay off my lawn, even when they are not even on my lawn.

We have a big fancy metal train, but quit putting the electric train out a few years ago when it stopped working. I do miss that.
