While I admit it's probably just speculation, but I do find it interesting that with the exception of the Colts, five NFL teams skipped a moment of silence for Charlie Kirk during one of their home games. The five teams were the Vikings, Colts, Bengals, Ravens, and Lions. Other than the Colts, the other four teams were expected to be Super Bowl contenders. The Vikings are 4&7, soon to be 4&8 after Seattle, Lions are struggling, Bengals are 4&8, one more loss and the Ravens will be out of the wild card race. Reminds me of the curse of the Bambino, the Babe.

I don't know if any teams were asked, but they just did it.
The ironic thing with the Vikings is after the George Floyd thing, they paid a tribute to his life at a home game and gave his family free choice seating at some games. Yet, they ignored Charlie Kirk entirely.

I'm pretty sure the teams that did a moment of silence only did it once. But the thing is, they did it.
Some Minnesotans have been saying the Vikings are cursed for ignoring a moment of silence when others did not.

Can only hope that karma is being dealt

On the 14th of September the Vikings held a moment of silence for "all recent victims of gun violence". The same people mad at them for not naming Kirk are the same that want politics kept out of sport. lol
