How much for a non res. license and a couple deer tags? Whose land you hunt on? .He has a ton of private land to hunt on as he sells the shrubbery and the deer then eat the shrubbery and the people beg him to hunt there. Isn't Connecticut the 3rd smallest state? There isn't a ton of any land there. Congrats on the deer.

Martentrapper, it is a small state, but deer are stacked up in a lot of it. Liberal limits too (4 bow, 2 firearms, 2 ML, 1 state land shotgun, 1 state ML), and in zones 11 & 12 along the heavily populated shoreline, pretty much unlimited replacement tags. Black Bear population (no season) is getting out of control in the NW too.

Private land can be difficult, but plenty of state land. Our largest state forest is about 28,000 acres. That may be a private ranch in some parts of the country, but it's big woods here.

Its easy with my brother inlaw who runs a greenhouse business.
