Hot turkey sandwiches and mashed taters are one of my fav’s ADC! . . . maybe that’s for tomorrow’s lunch, but tonight it’s prime rib and some fixin’s! :-)

. . . and I agree, a PR can be seared after smoking 2-3 mins on a side on HOT grill it works :-)
