You need a host such as YouTube or Rumble. Upload it there then copy the IP address and paste it in the matching selection in the drop down when you click the movie icon on the right of the icon used to post pictures.

I would go with Rumble if you are going to do short videos like that. YouTube will mix it into a short and the video won’t show on the forum, just the link.
