Ok, so we've beat the tree thing to death, lol, what about Christmas cards?
Growing up pretty much everyone sent cards, Mom, would string a cord and display them...and kept a list. No card?, you get crossed off the list!, lol
Sending cards seems to have been a thing of the past, we just get a few from very close relatives that are still alive. We haven't sent cards in many years. I don't think young folks have even seen a card....

Wife has a triple digit list, just her thing... her mom always did it, just following thru with the tradition.

All done. Mailing 40+ today. We are old so the list of friends that are alive gets shorter every year. We will continue the tradition as long as we are able.

We used to send a lot. Don't think we have sent one in a couple of years. Just run out of time to do it and we get very few in the mail anymore as well. It was a tradition I enjoyed, but the USPS is an obsolete dinosaur so there is that as well. Takes over a week for a card to travel a few hundred miles anymore.

I enjoy giving and getting them. The list has been pared down some due to postage. I do hate to say this but it takes the mail 3 to 7 days to go from Oil City to Franklin (8) miles.

Have you seen the price of stamps lately. ..

Wife still sends a dozen or so. Not like it used to be. Things change.

I still do , not like years ago just to an acquaintance, but to old friends

My Mom used to tape them to the Basement door it was always pretty and a nice touch, I don't think many send cards anymore, its a shame

My wife makes really nice cards and sends them out.

For the few actual cards we get from family taped to the side of the frig. Most of our cards are digital and emailed.

We do several dozen each Christmas. Thank you for the reminder. I need to work on our message for this year. Time flies by very fast.
