Don't know if I heard this on Tman or where:

A man was walking along on the sidewalk past a mental hospital. He kept hearing shouts of "13-13-13-13!"
He was curious as to what was going on? But, there was a really high wooden fence surrounding the hospital's yard. He couldn't see over the top because it was too high. He just had to know what the shouting was all about. So, he walked along the fence until he spotted a knot hole in the fence.
He peered into the fence and was immediately poked in the eye with a stick. Then he heard, "143-14-14-14!"

Sorry, he heard "14-14-14-14!"
