The Money Shot..

Slicing up the loafs of Sourdough....and then putting into freezah bags..

Then into the freezah.

Sourdough comes back from the freezer ....like it was baked yesterday. [Linked Image]

I'll bet a slice of that buttered and than thrown on a griddle would be some fine eating .

I read the title and assumed I would see a picture of Beaverpeeler working hogs. The Sour Dough was a pleasant surprise.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Fry a nice thick slice of sourdough in bacon grease. That's a great breakfast.

Whats the reason for slicing prior to freezing? Keep better?

The wife has been freezing her boules whole and it seems great when thawed.

Good looking bread!

Sliced up bread in the freezah ...just makes it easy to pop off a few frozen slices for whatever....and leave the rest in the freezer bag[Linked Image]
