Spot on. He's been proven wrong and a jerk many times but he ignores those posts. Lawyers are like a lot of women. Never wrong in their own mind. James was certainly a lot like ServPro (BC). but I do recall a time or two when James half-admitted he might have been "off" on a very minor point.

We'll have to see what happens! Maybe. For defamation you have to prove that they knew it to be false. Merely saying he/she looks like isn't defamation per se. But the risk of litigation and still going forward, particularly in light of the Alex Jones verdict, tells me that the Blaze is pretty confident in their sources.
