Don't have walleye around here....nevah had it.
Well...they are in the Connecticut Rivah....but that's too faah to drive

Nessmuck Walleye is quite common here. I didn't realize you don't have them up there. These ones happen to be Lake Erie walleye.
Honestly the part that surprised us the most from this dish was how good the roasted peppers were. They were fantastic. Looks like your in the snow belt....we just got 8-9 inches ..last night

Walleye are a fine meal anytime ! My favorite ones are between 12" - 16" anything larger than that are released before the last cold snap the river fishing was rather good a jig and a minnow were the hot ticket combo .

Perch are my favorite fish to eat. But, walleyes are a close second.
If your watch says you can swim with it, it only applies if you can already swim without it I learned.
