Found a purse and wallet a few weeks ago on the road. I checked for the person's address and was driving to drop it off. I saw a lady walking the road and stopped and asked her if she needed help, it was her purse/wallet.,

Should I find a wallet or purse I'm going to do my best to get it back to the rightful owner with all the contents in tact.

If I'm walking across a parking lot or something like that and I find cash on the ground, I'm keeping it. Unless I saw someone drop it from their pockets. Then I will return it to them.

If I buy a property with old buildings on it and find a stash of cash, coins ,gold or whatever it's mine.

A full box tote of contraor tools landed on road by railroad tracks. Company name on it so called and returned .. boss says guys told him stolen,really not secured in flatbed
