Big Sam OP trapper B Joined: Aug 2012 Blackduck Minnesota	I've been showing my wonderful bride all of your sourdough pictures to try and drop a hint. I woke up to some fine bagels today. She was mad that they weren't pretty, but they sure did taste great. Half were plain, and half were brown sugar with cinnamon.

The other day she had a loaf sitting on counter just came out the oven. I said it looks like one Tmans Nessemuck bread porn pictures. Except I ask why looked burnt ?? She informed me wasn't burnt was sour dough with molasses and spelt flour. What's Spelt Flour??? Something she started useing because she is diabetic?? Anyways I took picture looks like this. Says its funny you mentioned the beans. We had bean with ham soup last night and she said that bread went good with it. Myself I have never been a bread guy. I like a fresh diner roll with soup or Chile. Maybe with just butter jelly with cup coffee. My father inlaw was a guy that always expected some kind of bread on table. Home or at restaurant, Was even funny some times watch him at home. He would sit at table just quiet not say a word. Mother inlaw would have almost everything on the table. Some of us might already be plated up and eating. He wouldn't start until mother inlaw put bread out. Lmao. I think sometime she do it last just to watch him wait.
