Clover?? If its around hay?? Not sure this time of year but spring always had a different smell to me.

Best I can describe its a hayfield of mixed plants (not primarily grass like a SD hayfield) with briar bush, cedars and oaks around the parameter it’s a sweet smell comparable to vanilla in its unique odor.

Not asking you to give up your location, but what part of Missouri were you hunting ?
