Wife bought a bag of these mixed nuts on Amazon. It’s has lots of cashews in the mix no peanuts as filler. I’m not a big mixed nut guy but I like this mix of quality nuts we purchased 2 more bags it’s hard to find a good snacks for diabetics. $20 2.5 lb ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/12/full-18408-278033-image.jpg)

Look into Stevia and Allulose for sweetener options pure liquid stevia with no sugar alcohols in it a bottle will last months, 6 drops to a large coffee is all you need. Stay away from the sugar alcohols they will tear up a guys gut at least they do it to me. Zevia pop/soda no sugar, artificial sweeteners or artificial dyes if you have a sweet tooth this helps me. Allulose use that sparingly it will plug you up I put mine on cereals mostly.
Voortman makes sugar free cookies it’s still processed flower but a guys got to eat something besides tree bark and water. They make wafer and regular type cookies. I make my lunch out of the to get my sweet fix.
I’m type 2 diabetic with no cholesterol or sodium issues so it all depends on what your health issues are I’m not big on salt or fats anyway I follow my diet I tried eating normal and gained a point so I’m back to my strict guidelines.
Driving on by Casey’s in the morning kills me I want them donuts. LOL That pop is very sweet best over a large tumbler of ice and drink the flavored water all night.

Love Cashews, but can't eat nuts anymore, No teeth. Did you know the Cashew tree is a close cousin to Poison Ivy?
