MikeTraps2 trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Ames, IA	Used pogos and 14 gauge wire for many many years for water trapping, never had one pulled or lost an animal. Only caught 2 otters but they were there. IF i were targeting beaver i did user 11 gauge no issue and feel it would be fine for otter too. Coyote NOPE, 3/32" cable 16 inches never last one due to staking failure. Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure Theodore Roosevelt
