Thawed out a couple packs of my recently processed venison tenderloin yesterday.

Got the rub mixed up early they morning. Washed and drained the Tenderloin slices and thoroughly blended them with the special rub I made to suit my taste.

I placed all the soaked pieces into a large vaccuum seal bag and sealed it well. This will marinate the meat nicely as it increases the meat penetration for flavor.

Place the sealed bag in the fridge for a day or so and get ready to eat good again.

I cut up my own deer. All steaks are marinated for a day before I seal and freeze them. I find this to really produce a great steak. Eric
