Simple but good, hamburger steak in mushroom gravey

Over simple smashed taters

Turnip greens ain't in the pic but are a main portion of supper

And no the burgers ain't beef, but a mixture of turtle, doves, and deer

Some pork belly was added for fat

Sure is country and making my stomach growl! Was the meat combo a recipe or just what you had on hand? If I have not posted it before, good to have you posting again buzz.
