my brother got pulled over 26 times in two weeks a few years ago not one charge or fine he complained to the police dept after the first ten and it didnt slow down so we brought it to the attention of a different deptmart and it stopped right away

… few years ago I was running a predator line up in Crockett

… I had come home to shower and see the family after I ran the line

… on the way back .. a buddy of mine called and said there was pool tournament at buckshots in point blank

.. shoot that was right on the way lol

… stopped in .. hammered a few lonestars and won the tournament

… left for camp about midnight… next town was trinity

… when I passed the brookshire brothers I seen a town cop fall in right behind me and ride up with a quickness

… he tailgated me to the city limit sign … I was the only one on the road

… pulled me over just before I made it past the sign

… said it was because I crossed a yellow line and had blood all over my tailgate

… did the field test and passed in my opinion

… then ask me to provide a breath sample

… I refused and he took me to jail … I went to sleep

.. they woke me up later with a court order to draw my blood

… I was cracking jokes with ems lady sent in with a needle

… she was laughing so hard that the ol gal barely got a vein lol

… anyway… I went up to groveton and hired Joe Scott Evans

.. everything dropped for an illegal stop

… never even had to show up for court

… got released on that cold rainy morning and walked a mile through town where that tow truck driver had my truck at his house…. Got squared up and went and ran the line lol

You got a warning, didn’t check the claim at that time, and cops are bad. So you believe this officer was bored, made a bogus claim just as an excuse to pull you over, then just wrote a warning? Conspiracy much???

No that is fact. Lights work fine but was claimed reason for the stop was because they were not. Nothing conspiracy about it. Cop was so dumb he made up a bs excuse easy to see was false instead of any # of real and valid reason for a stop.

Yep, and request body cam footage. It’s your FOIA right and privilege. I’ve watched some on game wardens, and it’s surprising, to say the least.
