Grew up gigging suckers... we called it spearing... we did it in cricks in the spring, at night, with lanterns. Is that what y'all do?

Straight north of you but 20 miles from Iowa. Went to College of the Ozarks. Fish Roaring River every year and have canoed the James a few times. Some of my best outdoor memories are running my bird dog east of Branson 30 miles in the mid 90's when that area was really rural. But when I was down there I really missed being up here. Have always wanted to gig suckers and turkey hunt the true Ozark mountains.

We use boats with lights and go in the winter we grab them in the spring

Been to Branson many times in the last 30+ years. Just recently saw on my birth certificate, "Mother: Missouri". Welcome to Tman brother.

My dad went there as well I wanted to attend it but folks made a little to much hope my kids can both attend there

We love going to branson was just there Monday night Christmas shopping.

Did some deer hunting back in the late 90's just outside Branson. Stayed in a truck stop there that had hotel rooms. We used to go to an all you can eat place called "Toot - Toots" restaurant. Don't know if it's still there. Nice area.
