OMG boys…as of late, I’ve been extra hungry and found myself needing a bedtime snack but wanted something light to keep my figure. I made the mistake of topping a salad (and I don’t do salad often) with G Hughes Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce. Good God!! I thought it was salad dressing…I’ve made some hot dishes in my life but this lit my world on fire! I guess my wife uses it in a reduced form for meat balls…OMG WOW!! I wasn’t about to throw out the half rotten lettuce so I ate it all…never again!!

Is it burning coming out?? I hate it when that happens. I've had to tone my heat levels down as I get older. My wife used to make stupid hot stuff and she's cut back as well.
