Looking for one with less bells and the whistles to go bad.
Some individuals use statistics as a drunk man uses lamp-posts — for support rather than for illumination.

Keep an eye out for Christmas deals Spypoint cell cams are way simpler then I thought they would be I’ve tweaked mine and I am getting them working the way I want them to. They have yearly or monthly plans if you go over your photo limit it just stops sending them but the still go to the chip on the cameras. Your photo plan covers all your cams you will get 100 free pics every month once your cams are adjusted if you join their club you get 250 pics every month for a year for $99 a year.

You go that way let me know I’ll walk you through what I went through so far, it would save you a few speed bumps maybe.

I bought a pair of non-cellular browning ops and love them. Just have an SD card and batteries. Easy to set up, easy to maintain, and I got a card reader device I can plug into my phone too. Getting harder and harder to find non-cellular models that are decent. I’m cheap and ain’t paying for the cell service plans.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

Non-cellular = Muddy...$29 @ Academy Sports I have 7 of them. No problems. Takes 8 AA batteries. I'd get 2 SD cards and swap them weekly or whenever.

Check out YouTube for reviews and comparisons of what’s offered. I’d shy away from any that don’t hold any memory either internally or with a SD card. The one can I seen that had internal memory was a pain to download but with the chip ones just swap out the chip with a different SD and you're still in business.
