Needed a few small things and tried to make an order

I have a previously set up account and it kept giving me a "email address" failure

Contacted CS and they said just use a generic email they provided, umm no thanks

So I used an alternate email I use and now it will not let me pay with PP

I am getting scam/ shady vibes so just going to order from a different supplier

I have made previous orders with no issue

Did it change hands?

I am no PP fan but when I start getting that something is off/ might be a scam I tend to use them for security

I think they sold out or got bought out.

Yup, John left a few years ago. Still owned by the same company, Phoenix Composition Company. Good folks to deal with in my experience.
